請教一個Fire Enclosure的問題!!
我的產(chǎn)品在申請UL60065時,Rating為120V,30W.塑料外殼的材料需要V-1以上嗎?標準在哪里有說到?請大家?guī)兔?謝謝!!

依 UL 60065 :
20.2 FIRE ENCLOSURE
20.2.1 DU Each of the following shall be contained in a FIRE ENCLOSURE:
(1) circuits and their associated components where the AVAILABLE POWER exceeds 15 W,
(2) inductors and windings CONDUCTIVELY CONNECTED TO THE MAINS, and
(3) apparatus with open circuit voltages exceeding 4 kV (peak) a.c. or d.c., under normal operating conditions.
The
FIRE ENCLOSURE shall comply with the flammability category in table 22 according to UL 94 or UL 746C as specified.
Polymeric:
a) apparatus using high voltage components a
MAJOR ENCLOSURE PART V-0
Parts other than MAJOR ENCLOSURE PARTS V-1 or V-0
b) commercial audio STATIONARY APPARATUS and PERMANENTLY CONNECTED APPARATUS 5VA
c) other than apparatus itemized in a) and b) above a V-2, V-1 or V-0

UL 60065 在 Fire Enclosure 要求較 IEC 60065 有所不同.
其中 :
(1) 使用功率大於 30 W 以上....
你的 電源 30 W 已高於 UL 60065 要求, 故需有 Fire Enclosure. 至於該 Fire Enclosure 的材質(zhì)要求, 正如 Barry 所解說 (A)~(C) 在不同應(yīng)用下防火材質(zhì)等級要求.

請教一下mikesu兄,這個30W的限制在哪可以看到.我的這本UL6500-1999有很多刪節(jié)號,看得不舒服.
據(jù)我所知,UL的標準里,關(guān)于enclosure的要求,都統(tǒng)一跟從UL746C(可能一些與IEC合并的標準例外). 根據(jù)UL746C,凡>42.4V peak voltage (30 V RMS)的電壓都視為可能導致著火或觸電.
3.34 RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – A risk of electric shock is considered to exist at any part if,
a) The potential between the part and earth ground or any other accessible part is more than
42.4 V peak, and
b) The continuous current flow through a 1500 ohm resistor connected across the potential
exceeds 0.5 mA.
3.35 RISK OF FIRE – A risk of fire is considered to exist at any two points in a circuit where;
a) The open circuit voltage is more than 42.4 V peak and the energy available to the circuit
under any condition of load including short circuit, results in a current of 8 A or more after 1
minute of operation, or
b) A power of more than 15 watts can be delivered into an external resistor connected between
the two points.

在UL60065-1999中,只說明了防火外殼的分類和厚類要求要遵循UL746C和UL94,并沒有說60065防火外殼的適用條件和UL746C相同.

我也是從UL1950開始的,那時的安規(guī)環(huán)境沒現(xiàn)在好,當時拿到UL1950時都看不懂,花了一個月的時間來讀標準(查詞典呵),頭都讀大了.

下劃線的意思是在UL60065里面有這樣的要求,但是在IEC60065沒有這樣的要求,在UL標準里面有下劃線和刪除線,下劃線就是我上面說的意思,刪除線的意思是在IEC里面有這樣的要求,但是UL沒有.
