The purpose of the job is to act as the principal electronics design engineer at Efore Suzhou R&D Department
Main Responsibility:
1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer
2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou
3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore
4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center
5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines
6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process
7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations
8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services
9)Reporting to R&D Manager as agreed

Special Requirements:
1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters).
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language.
3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset.
4)Possibility to travel to Efore headquarters in Finland for internal training is also assumed.
