我做過一個充電器,這4.2V500mA的,可效率指有35%這樣,次級Diode temperature about 110.
誰能告訴我,問題可能出現(xiàn)在哪?

用的是Viper12的IC,secondary diode is SB260.I think,is all caused by leak inductor?

The leakage inductance should be a problem.
But I don't think it is the all, if you do not care, upload the schematic for reference.what is the input voltage? universal?

For efficience
input voltage is universal,90-264VAc.I have designed other type of mobile phone charger which is based on Viper 12 else before,but the efficience reach to about 55%.I think the efficience is so low now.The major difference betwwen before and now is the transformer manufacture process.For wiring,i took the sandwich process before,but in this incidence i take the order process.Except it,i could not think out what is the reason.Could you help me?Appreciated.

I had not  idea on using the viper 12
I don't have the datasheet of this guy, but the leakage inductance should ahve effect on the efficiency, if you only have the X'FMR deference on this two project,sure the sandwich can reduce much leakage inductance,why not try on the breadboard? you can find out the result very easy.

看看你的變壓器感量,是不是太小了,那樣的話工作頻率太高,你的損耗越高,反而效率會低!

如果你的元件沒問題的話基本上可以肯定是變壓器的問題或者是它的設(shè)計
