請問電感會叫怎么回事?
我在做DC380v轉(zhuǎn)DC120v時(shí)的BUCK電路時(shí),電感叫的很大聲----嗤嗤的.請問是怎么回事?是電感飽和還是繞線徑不夠粗.我的電感是電流1.25A,鐵心EI33,電感值14mH,饒線是2根直徑0.4mm的導(dǎo)線.工作頻率30kHz.
請問電感會叫怎么回事?

求助:我的PFC電路眾的Boost電感也有低頻滴瀝聲?我的PFC電路眾的Boost電感也有低頻滴瀝聲,而同一電感和同樣的控制器參數(shù)在另外控制板上卻一切正常.百思不得其解.CCM,Boosttopology,2kw.
Current Loop design
If it usually happens at low line and full load, it means that the current loop is not stable. Because the boost inductance will lose at higher current, you should design the current loop according to the lower inductance instead of no_load inductance.

Check with the Unitrode application notes
\"Average Current Mode Control of Switching Power Supplies\" for current loop design. And also, make sure that the inductor not saturated at heavy load. Otherwise, there will always be spike current no matter whatever you do with the loop design.
