試試把那兩行改成nthd4n02f.t1di1g1s1nthd4p02f.t2di2g2s2再把nthd4n02f和nthd4p02f的template放到nthc5513t1的前面去
這應(yīng)該是個(gè)模板調(diào)用,其中spt是個(gè)saber自帶的模板,這是對(duì)spt模板的賦值吧,但是賦值的語法有錯(cuò)誤,估計(jì)是格式不對(duì),按你的意思改過以后還是提示有錯(cuò)!

不好意思,開始沒有注意template之間的調(diào)用,不過我以前從沒有見過這樣的賦值方式。
我感覺這應(yīng)該是基于網(wǎng)表的maromodel,老兄可以試試將那兩行去掉,
改為nthd4p02f.n1 di1 g1 s1和nthd4p02f.p1 di2 g2 s2。并將nthd4n02f
nthd4p02f的template前加上element并放入template nthc5513t1里,我以這樣試過,和符號(hào)連接沒有問題,不過不知道m(xù)odel能不能用,老兄能否給個(gè)測試電路?。?/div>

Saber中的spt不是你要的器件,所以會(huì)有錯(cuò)。但你是不是什么地方敲錯(cuò)了,要出錯(cuò)也應(yīng)該提示“nthd4n02f”和“nthd4p02f”啊,你的nth哪去了?仔細(xì)查查
