1）電子工程師：
Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Focus on power supply product electrical design, development,modifying, and cost reducing efforts led by Lead Engineer
2. Support marketing, manufacturing and FMA
3. Sustain existing products
Qualification& experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering major, MS EE is preferred
2. At least 2-3 year design experience in power electronics - high frequencyswitch mode power supply area
3. Be familiar with various AC-DC, DC-DC topologies (Such as half and fullbridge, fly back, buck/boost, forward, and others) and their theory, goodunderstand magnetic design related to switch mode power supply. Power supplysize: 25watt - 5Kwatts
4. Must be a self-motivated teammember and able to communicate with all levels. Can work under pressure andmeet the project schedule, target cost and product performance
5. Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
2）高級(jí)電子工程師
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Lead product design, development,modifying, and cost reducing effort according to project plan and design rule
2. Support marketing, manufacturing and FMA
3. Sustain old product
4. Coach & support the junior EE or freshgraduate for their design projects
Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical Engineering major or above，MS EE is preferred.
2. At least 6 years design experience in power electronics - high frequency switchmode power supply area
3. Veryfamiliar with various AC/DC, DC-DC topologies (Such as half and full bridge, flyback, buck/boost, forward, LLC and others) and their theory, good understandmagnetic design related to switch mode power supply.
4. Must be a good team leader to set the goodmodel to other team members and able to lead a project team. Work underpressure and meet the project schedule, target cost and product performance.Independently solves project issues, challenges, problems, delivers therequired results.
5. Goodcommunication skill in both English and Chinese.3）
FAE職位
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. 在中國(guó)給客戶提供深入的技術(shù)支持（幫助客戶選擇適當(dāng)?shù)碾娫?解決客戶在初樣，中試和批量生產(chǎn)等不同的階段遇到的應(yīng)用問題；）
2. 著眼于新設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)會(huì);密切跟進(jìn)的客戶訪問，與有潛力的項(xiàng)目
3. 與客戶定期互訪，建立和維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系
4. 與質(zhì)量部跟進(jìn)客戶的質(zhì)量投訴，從而找出導(dǎo)致失敗的根源
5. 和不同的客戶定期進(jìn)行技術(shù)研討會(huì)
6. 將競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手新產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)信息要反饋給銷售經(jīng)理
7. 將現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品和新產(chǎn)品可能存在的新應(yīng)用反饋給銷售經(jīng)理和市場(chǎng)部.
Qualification& experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in powerelectronics, Master’s degree is preferred 學(xué)士學(xué)位，在電力電子學(xué)，碩士學(xué)位的是首選
2. At least 3 year working experiencein power electronics - high frequency switch mode power supply, preferable in sales related jobfunction (FAE, Technical support etc); 至少有3年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在電力電子技術(shù)-高頻開關(guān)式電源供應(yīng)器，最好在銷售相關(guān)的工作職能（現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用工程師，技術(shù)支持等）
3. Familiarity with various DC-DC,AC/DC products; 熟悉各種直流-直流，交流/直流產(chǎn)品l
4. Good technical presentation andcommunication skills; 良好的技術(shù)介紹和溝通技巧Good command of written andspoken English;
5. 良好的英語說寫表達(dá) Good interpersonal skill to work wellwith customers and internal teams;
6。良好的人際技能的工作，以及與客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)
