那陶瓷電阻簡單嗎?成型(陶瓷主體)--鍛燒(陶瓷主體上的碳道電表面)--線割(割出所要的阻值)--初選(篩選出不合格的次品)--戴帽(壓上電阻兩頭的金屬帽子)--碰焊(點焊電阻兩邊的引腳)--整形(電阻腳有變形無法做后面的動作)--老化(加高壓通電約2秒.視阻值設(shè)定老化電壓)--選阻(篩檢出超標(biāo)的次品)--上色(主體上絕緣漆,一般需上漆3次)--打碼(上色碼漆,一般4色就是過4個色槽)--封裝(裝入編帶或散裝膠袋).距我所知道的陶瓷電容和這比好象要少幾到工續(xù)吧!所有電子零件沒幾種不是許多工序多次加工才好的呢?
我出學(xué)校后實習(xí)的就是三環(huán)公司(專做電阻的車間)因出來N年了,沒辦法提供圖片讓大家欣賞了.
