用SC4519 12V轉(zhuǎn)1.8V輸出電壓不對

兩路DC-DC,用的是SC4519,12V-5V和12V-1.8V,調(diào)試中發(fā)現(xiàn)5V正常,有些板子1.8V那路輸出電壓不對,似乎是芯片壞了,更換芯片就好了,但是經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)這個(gè)問題,而且就出現(xiàn)在1.8V這路,不知為何?請各位高手指教!先謝了!

1 看看SW段開關(guān)脈沖波形,應(yīng)該是周期方波,但是沿會(huì)有抖動(dòng),要求要求是方波,沿抖動(dòng)不大,如果不滿足,調(diào)整一下補(bǔ)償電路,4519有些挑負(fù)載,把C323加大10倍看看效果
