We do not specify Trr for Schottky rectifiers. This is because Schottky
devices switch so quickly that many Trr test systems cannot accurately
record the time. We have tried to test Trr on Schottky devices before,
and the Trr ranged from below 10 nsec to around 35 nsec. This is just a
general Trr for Schottky devices, not for MBR6045WT which you asked
for."
