在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,我將負(fù)載減輕也就不會出現(xiàn)振蕩.變壓器是在MOS管關(guān)斷的時候?qū)⒛芰總鬏數(shù)胶蠹?是否TVS選擇太小會將能量給吃掉?這是我的理解,不知道是不是對的,歡迎權(quán)威人士指正!

異常時輸出波形為正弦振蕩波,幅度為100-500mV,頻率為2-5kHz,每臺各有的差異.

輸入電壓調(diào)低有沒有改善?TVS管的電壓不能將反射電壓箝位住,否則會出現(xiàn)功率出不來的情況.如果變壓器設(shè)計(jì)時,Vor太大則TVS箝壓的可能性比較大.

理論計(jì)算的話Vor也才135V啊,就有點(diǎn)搞不明白了
