雙曾四付磁芯.

很好,就是這樣.xzszrs兄說得好,用兩副或者四副,方柱做中柱,就拼成了EE型;若用三副么,可用圓柱做中柱,從軸向看就是“丫”字型.五副以上單數(shù)就不好組合成其他形狀了,只能用偶數(shù)副疊層疊加成EE型(實(shí)際就是增加磁芯厚度),不然中心磁柱會(huì)有很大的空心,既費(fèi)漆包線,磁路性能也達(dá)不到最佳狀態(tài).

用兩副,方柱做中柱,拼成單層EE型,如樓主第1帖貼圖,做1KW應(yīng)該問題不大吧.

從磁芯大小看,應(yīng)該對(duì)角線的磁芯原為一副(A副、B副),如下圖:

好用嗎?

性能肯定比不上專門的開關(guān)電源變壓器磁芯(主要是平均磁路偏長),但若找不到時(shí),也可以將就一下啦.
但它也有優(yōu)點(diǎn),一是線包窗口面積大,有很大的繞線自由度;二是磁芯組合靈活,用多副可拼成大功率磁芯;三是取材容易,價(jià)廉物美.

文件(F)→另存為(A)→保存類型(T),選擇JPEG格式.

一邊大一邊小還是比你現(xiàn)在的這樣好的多.

可不可以用一副做

應(yīng)該可以,但我沒有用這種磁芯做過.
