第一句的意思應(yīng)是這樣的:(當(dāng)Qoff導(dǎo)通時(shí)),它就把驅(qū)動(dòng)回路電感,驅(qū)動(dòng)器的輸出阻抗,及potential current resistor給旁路掉了,(使得關(guān)斷速度邊快了)．potential current resistor你沒(méi)畫(huà)出來(lái),估計(jì)是磁化電流傳感電阻．第二句就是我說(shuō)的哪個(gè)意思,及上電期間,芯片還未開(kāi)始工作,沒(méi)有輸出時(shí),MOS柵極是浮置的．
