2.the gate of the main MOSFET is floating before the outputs of the driver IC becomes intelligent during power up.里面的becomes intelligent during power up

第一句的意思應(yīng)是這樣的:(當(dāng)Qoff導(dǎo)通時),它就把驅(qū)動回路電感,驅(qū)動器的輸出阻抗,及potential current resistor給旁路掉了,(使得關(guān)斷速度邊快了)．potential current resistor你沒畫出來,估計是磁化電流傳感電阻．第二句就是我說的哪個意思,及上電期間,芯片還未開始工作,沒有輸出時,MOS柵極是浮置的．
