最近在做一個項目,需要單相電子調(diào)壓器,要求0-200V,輸出功率2000VA.我用IGBT做開關(guān),開關(guān)頻率6KHZ,基波頻率50HZ.輸出采用LC濾波,電感1mH左右,用鐵硅鋁自己制作;電容20uF/400V.
主要問題是調(diào)壓器輸出電壓低的時候并且?guī)ж?fù)載時波型失真很嚴(yán)重,我的負(fù)載是變壓器負(fù)載.
我感覺好象在正弦波的最高點和最低點附近存在振蕩,但我不知道這個振蕩是如何產(chǎn)生的,請大俠給予指點一二,先謝謝了!
