1.新的半導(dǎo)體器件(如IGBT)在正常條件下存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間很長(zhǎng)(比如3年或者4年),還可以使用嗎?
2.存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間對(duì)性能有什么影響?一般的保質(zhì)期多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間?
好像沒(méi)看到datasheet上有保質(zhì)期這個(gè)參數(shù).
請(qǐng)指教!

1.Normally, 3 yrs guarantee shelf life.
2.Storage condition, 30Deg.C/60RH.
