日本JIS中有將測試電壓提高到120%,時間縮短為1s的規(guī)定.
請問IEC或國標中有相關提高測試電壓可縮短測試時間的條款么??

IEC 60335-1后面有Annex A有ROUTINE TEST 的要求,一秒是可以的
