畢業(yè)設計要做一款1MHZ的DCDC模塊電源,之前只做過100KHZ-200KHZ的模塊,對于頻率這么高的模塊實在有點無從下手,在論壇里找了找資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)相關的話題不多,希望做過,有經(jīng)驗的師兄師姐們能給小弟一些建議,譬如變壓器的設計,相關控制芯片,開關管的選擇等等.
電壓大概指標如下:
輸入9—18V
輸出5V 1.2A
效率優(yōu)于 0.8

As I know! CMOS version can run at 1MHz.
FlyBack is more easy to run at 1Mhz, but not easy to reach 80% for 6W output! So Forword may better!
You are a Student, so it's easy to reach IEEE paper, you can serch "resonant converter" then you can got a very long listing! In that age, Maga-Hz driver is very important part for their paper, due to no commicail controller can reach so high frequency! O!O!May you tell my age? Bye!

定頻的阻容都是有偏差的,使用x843按頻率上限設計為1MHz只能做科研,做產(chǎn)品不妥當.
