如何判定真假Fairchild物料
目前我司在使用Fairchild FDS6679 物料時,出現(xiàn)了兩種不同包裝的物料,其中有一款物料不良,影響功耗,
1.有款的Marking點為蝕刻的點
2.另外一款的Marking點為印刷的,而且不清楚,
請大家?guī)兔Υ_認下,哪個是真的產(chǎn)品,

In general, Power Diss. can be impacted by Gate-Source Voltage, have you noted 6679Z and 6679, The value of "Z" is -25/+20V, but the value of "6679" and "AZ" is -25/+25V, It's hard to check out if you only review thru. the picture, because actually, Fairchild has many many suppliers and that will be different if the packing location is different;
One more, you'd better to check the requirement of your project and according it to select AZ or Z or 6679 only.
