2.高壓脈沖產(chǎn)生,寬度可調(diào),頻率可調(diào).脈沖寬度大約12US,脈沖電流30-50A.脈沖電流有效值1.2A左右.
3.使用效果:從設(shè)計(jì)到完工有一段時(shí)間了,但本人在廣州,一直沒有機(jī)會(huì)驗(yàn)證效果.過年回家,把家里那輛買了兩年的電動(dòng)車電池拆出來試驗(yàn),先打開排氣孔每格加蒸餾水5mL,使用本機(jī)進(jìn)行充電,電壓充至14v,改用脈沖修復(fù)檔每個(gè)電池修復(fù)4小時(shí)左右,直到機(jī)器自行保護(hù).裝車上路試驗(yàn),拉上我老婆,共計(jì)240斤,發(fā)現(xiàn)起步迅速,比以前有力,行使里程比維護(hù)之前要長,效果明顯.使用兩周,未發(fā)現(xiàn)容量回落.長時(shí)間有待考驗(yàn).
4.設(shè)計(jì)初衷:本人和老婆在廣東打工10年,除買房外略有盈余,想回家代理電動(dòng)車銷售(家里電動(dòng)車很多)但一直沒有找到合適的鋪面,結(jié)果一直耽擱.我在廣州開始研究電池修復(fù)維護(hù)方面的資料,設(shè)計(jì)了這臺(tái)儀器.不料老婆重新找到商機(jī),說小區(qū)汽車很多,附近也沒有一個(gè)像樣的汽車美容養(yǎng)護(hù)店,何不開一個(gè)?說做就做,她在網(wǎng)上找了一家最大的汽車美容養(yǎng)護(hù)店快修連鎖店:馳耐普汽車美容養(yǎng)護(hù)連鎖.不到一個(gè)半月的功夫,店面就開起來了.我做的這個(gè)電動(dòng)車電池修復(fù)儀,也就英雄無用武之地了.
這是我第一次發(fā)起帖,也很有可能是最后一次在電源網(wǎng)上發(fā)起新貼了.我之前在網(wǎng)上幫不少網(wǎng)友解結(jié)問題,現(xiàn)在從事汽車相關(guān)行業(yè),電源電池方面的研究就少很多了,也可能不能經(jīng)常上電源網(wǎng)了.其他的就不多說了,上點(diǎn)圖片吧.
