有幾個(gè)問題想請(qǐng)教一下.
我最近用7710點(diǎn)了一個(gè)13W雙U型燈管和22W的環(huán)型燈管.
出現(xiàn)的問題是重新上電的時(shí)候 會(huì)出現(xiàn)7710燒毀的情況.
不知道問題出在哪里.有沒有類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人能指導(dǎo)一下

有人用FAN7710做個(gè)低功率的節(jié)能燈嗎?

FAN7710是FSC2005年在韓國研發(fā),2006年在中國華南地區(qū)發(fā)布,首先是找CETZGE做了首次測試,中間出現(xiàn)過燒機(jī)的問題,后來又經(jīng)過調(diào)試,其保護(hù)功能很強(qiáng)大,設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候注意功率不要超過,13W,因?yàn)樗袽OS集成進(jìn)去了,所以存在一個(gè)散熱問題,早些前IR也這樣做過,但始終不成功.現(xiàn)在只有FSC可以做到這樣.
我在調(diào)試時(shí)也是會(huì)燒,調(diào)功率輸出是否調(diào)節(jié)LCC的參數(shù),LCC參數(shù)與工作頻率的關(guān)系是什么,我是剛接觸燈這一個(gè)行業(yè).還有市面上的燈燈功率好像與標(biāo)稱相差很遠(yuǎn).我們?cè)谑忻嫔腺I回來55W~H管測試總功率只有28W,燈功率27W這正常嗎?

FAN7710集成了半橋驅(qū)動(dòng)和功率開關(guān)管,設(shè)計(jì)起來比較方便.如果在多次上電的時(shí)候燒片子,請(qǐng)調(diào)整一下自舉回路的參數(shù)試試,如圖示.特別是自舉電容,一般來講容值大一些會(huì)好一些,此外自舉二極管要使用快恢復(fù)二極管.

那還不如試試NXP半導(dǎo)體的UBA2024P,呵呵!

process and system-in-package (SiP) concept, is
a ballast control integrated circuit (IC) for a compact
fluorescent lamp (CFL). The FAN7710 controls internal
high-voltage stress and delivers 20W to the lamp at
310VDC voltage. FAN7710 incorporates a preheating /
ignition function, controlled by an user-selected external
capacitor, to increase lamp life. The FAN7710 detects
switch operation from after ignition-mode through an
internal active Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) control
circuit. This control scheme enables the FAN7710 to
detect an open-lamp condition, without the expense of
external circuitry, and prevents stress on MOSFETs. The
high-side driver built into the FAN7710 has a commonmode
noise cancellation circuit that provides robust
operation against high-dv/dt noise intrusion.
