抗拉強(qiáng)度 達(dá)到20,000psi(磅/平方英寸),(145牛頓/平方毫米)
工作溫度 265℃
顏色匹配性 對(duì)鋁很好
導(dǎo)電率 良好
耐腐蝕性 良好
sealeg120銅鋁焊絲焊接注意事項(xiàng):
徹底清潔連接區(qū)
為取得最佳效果,保持連接間隙不超過0.006”.
用sealeg120助焊劑完整覆蓋連接區(qū);
用軟性火焰小心加熱零件,不要燒燃焊劑.一旦焊劑起泡,將焊絲插入焊劑并移動(dòng)到連接區(qū).
緩慢冷卻.用熱水和硬刷消除所有焊劑殘留物.
