請(qǐng)求幫助:ups 輸出波形

我做得ups怎么是這種波形?使用的是ir3525,驅(qū)動(dòng)波形很好!mos 管使用IRF2807,頻率是50Hz.
請(qǐng)大俠幫我看看!

還是沒有大蝦幫我?說明:我用的是推挽電路,每一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)方波截止時(shí),Vds 總是反極性,然后再緩慢截止.難道是另一個(gè)mosfet導(dǎo)通啦?

波形正常!管子關(guān)斷后,變壓器的漏感仍然維持原來的電流方向,因?yàn)樵谠叢淮嬖诖穗娏鞯耐匪援a(chǎn)生如此波型,方波逆變器用通用脈寬調(diào)制器都是如此(全橋,單片機(jī)的除外)!
