我司生產(chǎn)的電子整流器T5/14W(用L6561 IC,此電路已通過臺灣CNS認證),測試點亮?xí)r正常工作.
1.放了幾天后,上老化架有5%左右點不亮或微亮(PFC只有50%).此時IC L6561 1 2腳只有幾十歐姆或6 8只有幾十歐姆.維修好后正常工作.
2.后繼的問題更嚴(yán)重:組裝成成品,放了幾天后,有10%左右點不亮,要多次轉(zhuǎn)動燈管或斷掉電源再供電才能工作(要1-3分鐘時間).微亮的也還有1%左右.
