此變壓器的骨架與磁芯是配合SA7527而完成的,電壓在36V左右輸出時(shí),輸出功率可做到20W.樣品效率86%——88%之間,277V時(shí)功率因數(shù)能達(dá)到0.95.用我們的板子,EMI初步測(cè)試OK.
通過我們小批量的試產(chǎn),測(cè)試效率在85%-87%之間.輸出電壓紋波在1.5V左右.277V時(shí)的功率因數(shù)0.95以上,220V時(shí)功率因數(shù)0.97左右,100V的功率因數(shù)0.99左右,全電壓諧波在12%以下.
為了更加方便工程師操作,我們現(xiàn)可提供套件銷售,配套變壓器,IC,MOS管.
我們的DEMO板,輸出參數(shù)是:36V/580MA+-3%,如果輸出電壓不同,我們可提供骨架與磁芯,工程師自行設(shè)計(jì),我司提供方案參考.如果功率小一些,輸出電壓可做到55V以下.
套件包括:DEMO 板1PCS,SA7527 IC 10PCS,7N60 MOS管10PCS,變壓器5PCS(不同電壓的話:骨架磁芯各10PCS.)共計(jì)費(fèi)用:100.00元,不含運(yùn)費(fèi).
我們出方案,銷售IC,品質(zhì)一直是放在第一位的,從客人批量生產(chǎn)來看,我們的品質(zhì)目前是很穩(wěn)定的.我認(rèn)為做IC靠忽悠是絕對(duì)不行的,客人從試樣,試產(chǎn),小批量試產(chǎn),快點(diǎn)也要經(jīng)過1,2個(gè)月時(shí)間,長(zhǎng)的就不用說了.忽悠能搞得定?我不相信.
我們的方案拿到臺(tái)灣,他們卻得好,讓我們出電源.應(yīng)他們的要求,我們做了1200套日光燈電源.從開始要做,到出貨我們花了6個(gè)月時(shí)間.光板子就改了5次,EMC測(cè)試費(fèi)用花了至少5K,還不包括朋友幫忙測(cè)的.所以我認(rèn)為做一個(gè)產(chǎn)品,要讓它批量沒有問題,不是很簡(jiǎn)單的.
我們最早的電源,放在80度的烤箱中,烤了近5個(gè)月,沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)問題.后來因?yàn)橐藕竺嫘鲁鰜淼腜CB,就拿出來了,發(fā)現(xiàn)靠近MOS管的電容變形了,測(cè)了一下容量,還不到原來的一半,估計(jì)快不行了.現(xiàn)在烤箱中,放了11PCS,溫度降到60度,從6月20日到現(xiàn)在,還沒有問題.為什么要做這個(gè)測(cè)試呢?因?yàn)榭腿艘笪覀儽ＷC3年的壽命.不做的話,心里沒底.

我也用了6561做了一個(gè)反激的,最大輸出25W,不過是外置電源,不過6561做非隔離,不知可以否?
