最近LED電源好象很火,畫了一個
是把MOS RCC電路略微改了一下,沒有進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)
干了好幾年的電源,自己覺得這個電路工作應(yīng)該沒問題
恒流精度受Vbe的影響,但能達(dá)到一般的要求
想提高精度的話,在輸出用431、光耦做一下限壓恒流,如同RCC電源一樣
用RCC電路做BUCK型恒流源,拋磚引玉

這么好的電路沒有人回應(yīng).呵呵.我現(xiàn)在想做1W RCC 可還沒有成功.?

類似這種電路我搭了試過（高電壓176-264Vac），效率很高，PF稍微改動一下也可以做到0.92以上，但是恒流不好。

這種電路的溫漂怎么樣？Q3對溫度應(yīng)該很敏感，會造成輸出電流下降
