焊機昨天試機時發(fā)現(xiàn)交流接觸器有時跳不掉,后檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)有一個圓形AC36V繼電器壞了,換了以后試機正常!

這個是開關接線頭,奇銳的NBC二氧化碳焊機變壓器與別的廠家是不一樣的,我費了好大的勁才把它搞好!

  這是我前幾天改的凱爾達NBC200焊機，此機主板以前被人修過，而且修得一塌糊涂，為了徹底修好本人只好將它改了板。NBC的機子一般上有兩種板，一種是上海型一種是廣東型，為了降低成本所以改焊機的時候要根據(jù)控制變壓器來確定用什么板。

   這是我去年年底修的單相氣保焊機，也是因為開關的原因燒了主變壓器，后繞好了變壓器改了開關一切正常了，改了此開關以后不會因開關而燒變壓器了，就不知道廠家怎么沒考慮到？

能講講你是怎么改控制板的嘛？有相關的圖紙和資料嗎？很想學習?。?！謝謝QQ；553782530
