三極管恒流問題
小弟最近在做三級管恒流電路,可按照網(wǎng)上資料搭好電路,實際測試根本就恒不了,連原本設(shè)置的電流值都達(dá)不到(350mA),望能得到大俠指點!

理論上兩個都可以的,可實際搭電路測試卻達(dá)不到恒流效果,就連預(yù)計的電流值都達(dá)不到,是三極管狀態(tài)設(shè)置不對?是三極管型號參數(shù)有問題?已通過改變電阻調(diào)試過電路啦,也達(dá)不到.三極管是2N5551 3370451254963814.pdf

如果你橫流到350mA恐怕5551已經(jīng)掛了!你要先估算一下你的負(fù)載在這個電流下的電壓是多少才好,因為基準(zhǔn)電壓占去相當(dāng)一部分,12V的電源大概是不夠分?jǐn)偭?用一個LM317豈不省事,也不必?fù)?dān)心耗散不夠,而且是閉環(huán)控制精度好控制.

電解電容起什么作用，我接220V，88個LED，沒用沒有并電解，好像不能恒流。輸入220V時，輸出17MA，輸入230V時，輸出電流28MA。根本不能恒流，是怎么回事？

Q1會發(fā)熱，Vbe會變化，所以Ic會變化的

12V如果穩(wěn)壓的話直接用個電阻就OK了
