請高手幫我看看我的逆變器的波正常嗎,是什么原因造成的
自己做了一款高頻逆變電源,前級用的是一塊3525和兩個IRF3205,兩個場管發(fā)熱很厲害,測得波形如下圖,圖1是兩個場管的D極波形,圖2是S極波形

變壓器的問題,重新繞.
簡單的RC濾波效果有限,試用一下TVS管!吸收不好的話,管子會很熱,干擾會很大
