Some documents have to be handled by our company according to the French Authorities concerning the composition of goods and prohibition of use for certain substances.
In that frame, regulatory documents are required by our Quality Department as follow :
-         composition labtest
-         certificate of non use of Azo Dyes, Nickel, Dyes with heavy metals and Formaldehyde soft finishing.
In order to comply with law, it has been decided  to include systematically theses elements in the documents required in  the L/C .
Then, in part 46 it appears as ? Regulatory documents : composition labtest and certificate of non use of azo dyes, Nyckel, Dyes with heavy metals and Formaldehyde soft finishing ?.
