條件一：每月的發(fā)帖回帖總數(shù)大于等于80。（不再受到每周上榜的限制）
條件二：如果上榜人數(shù)多，將取熱心榜前10名進行電源幣獎勵。
條件三：網(wǎng)友回復(fù)或者發(fā)布的帖子中，無關(guān)技術(shù)內(nèi)容的，均不算在內(nèi)。
獎勵規(guī)則：
熱心榜上榜—— 1、2名：獎勵600個電源幣
               3—6名：獎勵400個電源幣
               7—10,名：獎勵300個電源幣
