任職要求: -BSEE or equivalent technical 4 year degree, advanced degree (MBA, MSEE) preferred
-Excellent English verbal and written skills
-4+ years experience in the consumer electronics or electrical appliance industry designing electrical end user products, especially UPSs
-3+ years experience in program management of electrical end user products, especially UPSs
-1+ years experience in the direct management of technical people
-PC software proficiency (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
-Experience in lean manufacturing environment and principles
  
  
職位職責(zé): MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a cross-functional team of 4-7 technicians to deliver and support high volume power protection products for customers worldwide. Create new product definitions and program plans. Manage team as required to execute program plans and APC design process.

Essential Functions:
-Create and own new product definitions and program plans, including program schedule, staffing and budget.
-Train, motivate and direct staff as required to execute program plans and follow APC design process.
-Manage external resources required to successfully launch product into manufacturing and into market.
-Initiate all program, design, cost, DFA/DFM, etc. reviews.
-Participates in team member performance appraisals.
-Participates in new team hires.
-Obtains resources from program sponsor.
-Responsible for hitting startup quality goals
