TRA500是晶體管的脈沖MIG焊機(jī),功率管分兩組;維弧和主弧,都工作在開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài),但空載時(shí)管子只是飽和導(dǎo)通,電流達(dá)到一定值才起振.主弧的幾只管子發(fā)射及有均流電阻,

三相整流橋后還應(yīng)有幾只大電解,你所說(shuō)的跳閘現(xiàn)象應(yīng)該是有嚴(yán)重的短路,空載時(shí)跳閘應(yīng)重點(diǎn)檢查主變,三相橋,大電解和功率晶體管.

首先多謝您指教了.我已經(jīng)檢查過(guò)了主焊接變壓器和集成控制變壓器.都沒(méi)問(wèn)題.輸出正常.三相整流橋也是好的.大功率晶體管模塊也更換過(guò)了還是有好象是短路的現(xiàn)象.有10只 100v 6800uf并聯(lián)的電解電容器,看不出有什么毛病.我手頭沒(méi)有這么大的電容表,測(cè)不出.

在三相橋+和電解+端串兩100W燈泡(兩燈并聯(lián)),把功率管斷開(kāi),通電,如燈泡先亮后暗,測(cè)一下電解的電壓,可判斷電容好壞;如燈泡始終亮,說(shuō)明電解有問(wèn)題.此類焊機(jī)如空載電壓正常,不應(yīng)該馬上試焊,要接電阻負(fù)載箱看一下輸出波形,如電路起振,電壓可調(diào),最大電流受限才可試焊;否則容易爆功率管.

此方法可行,我估計(jì)是電容壞了,十幾年的電解電容,壽命夠長(zhǎng)了.
