如何將5V電平拉到10V以上(立等高手指教)

TTL與門出來的脈沖信號VoH<5V,想用來驅(qū)動MOS管,(已經(jīng)有圖騰拄驅(qū)動),如何在驅(qū)動前將脈沖拉高

用oc門的話,推出電流有限,影響速度
