1.關(guān)于“槽滿率”:
本人并不贊同(也不反對)使用“槽滿率”,向你介紹另一個名詞“繞線系數(shù)”,繞線系數(shù)=實際繞高/計算繞高,實際繞高為實際繞出來的線包高度,這需要做一些相關(guān)的工作,需要從0.02-1.6左右的常規(guī)線徑進行繞制并測量,找出每種線徑的平均值,再計算出“繞線系數(shù)”,根據(jù)“繞線系數(shù)"就可以計算出實際繞線高度,以判斷是否能繞下.
2.關(guān)于“鐵損曲線”:
這也需要做相關(guān)的工作,可將常用的EI片按最常用的疊厚選骨架,按照相應(yīng)的功率用相應(yīng)的線徑繞相應(yīng)的圈數(shù)(只繞初級/設(shè)為220V),再進行測試,電壓從小往大加,產(chǎn)計錄好各電壓/各空載損耗/各空載電流,再按照圈數(shù)/電壓/截面等反算出B值,由鐵重求出單位鐵損,畫出曲線,即得到了各種鐵心的鐵損曲線.
3.關(guān)于“磁化曲線”:
根據(jù)空載電流計算公式,由“鐵損曲線”便可求出“磁化曲線”.
4.關(guān)于“散熱系數(shù)”:

5.關(guān)于軟件:
本人認為軟件需有以某某條件為前提再進行計算并能自動調(diào)整,比如以溫升為前提以成本為次要前提時,軟件可以先以溫升計算變壓器,當溫升還有余量時,應(yīng)自動調(diào)整鐵心線徑圈數(shù)來達到成本最低,并保證溫升即合格又有少量余量又不太低,又固及到成本.又如當鐵心和功率定死后,當軟件以抽屜式計算繞不下時能自動將骨架變?yōu)楣ぷ中卧龠M行計算,如果工字形繞不下時,它又會改變鐵心材質(zhì)再計算,并將最后結(jié)果反饋給用戶,用什么可以達到要求,或者是使用什么什么方法后還是達不到要求.而電壓調(diào)整率應(yīng)能從0~50%自由變換.而非5%,10%,15%等.

1.不采用槽滿率在國外采用填充系數(shù)這一名詞,采用饒線系數(shù)很新鮮不如采用高度系數(shù)更能表達你的原意.
3.根據(jù)空載電流計算公式,由“鐵損曲線”便可求出“磁化曲線”.
若能從鐵損曲線畫出磁化曲線應(yīng)是一個偉大的突破.
4.EI19-1.5 -----不能等同EI76-1.05--- 這是一個實驗數(shù)據(jù)來不得半點虛假,用熱阻法如何?適配器呢?
