看了你的板子,不知道是不是驅(qū)動(dòng)部分加了三菱M57962L兩個(gè)芯片,如果是那你的驅(qū)動(dòng)只能夠驅(qū)動(dòng)一個(gè)雙管的IGBT的,請(qǐng)問如果IGBT發(fā)生瞬時(shí)發(fā)生短路,你的驅(qū)動(dòng)板能保護(hù)不爆IGBT和驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片嗎?你的板子是剛設(shè)計(jì)好還是已經(jīng)使用在電鍍電源上多久了?穩(wěn)定性如何
在主電源加接觸器,發(fā)生短路時(shí)線路板輸出信號(hào)使接觸器迅速跳開,總電源切斷
