ST L5973AD 定頻500KHz
ST L5973D 定頻250KHz
我用L5973D做恒流輸出0.35A,陽(yáng)極BUCK-BOOST回路,輸入電壓8V-24V,輸出9V-15V.發(fā)現(xiàn)該芯片很容易震蕩,工作不穩(wěn)定,發(fā)熱比較嚴(yán)重.后經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)整輸出電流波形已基本穩(wěn)定,但I(xiàn)C發(fā)熱仍嚴(yán)重,不知道有沒有曾經(jīng)做過(guò)的朋友能不吝賜教.謝謝!
PS.附件的文檔是原理圖和12VDC輸入時(shí)9V,12V,15V輸出的電流波形.現(xiàn)在的工作狀態(tài)基本正常,但I(xiàn)C仍有近60多度的溫升.

自己頂一下,有沒有用這塊芯片做過(guò)恒流BUCK-BOOST的高手出來(lái)指導(dǎo)一下.
順便把波形圖重新貼一下,這次加入了OUT腳的輸出波形.

我現(xiàn)在也遇到同樣的問題 做了兩塊不同的電路板電源部分都用了L5973D原理圖和PCB都一樣可是其中就有一塊輸出的電壓不穩(wěn)定發(fā)熱也比較嚴(yán)重 另一塊卻很正常重新焊了幾塊板還是一樣的問題不知道LZ現(xiàn)在解決了這個(gè)問題沒
