可控硅耐壓不夠,可以串聯(lián)使用以提高耐壓嗎?
各位師傅,請問可控硅可控硅耐壓不夠,可以串聯(lián)使用以提高耐壓嗎?觸發(fā)極是直接并聯(lián)還是怎么處理?另我有一船機(jī),單硅后級,硅是從單位找的,1500A/1600V,平板的,用DB3觸發(fā),可是在試機(jī)時莫名其妙地掛了好幾個(沒有短路,倍壓輸出900V,可控硅耐壓應(yīng)該夠了呀,而用100A/1000V的小硅則工作一切正常.)是DB3觸發(fā)電流太小的原因嗎?(用1500A/1600V硅的目的抗過流短路和防止空載燒硅)我想用觸發(fā)變壓器來觸發(fā),可不知電路怎么搞,能教教我嗎?先謝謝了!
